Resolved! No network in the US

Hi! I just arrived in NYC and bought the bolt on but I cant get any network. It says "emergency calls only".I restarted my phone, it is a huawei p30 pro. Still not working. Could someone help?

Resolved! Upgraded tariff not requested

I have a Pay Upfront for Life contract but it appears that the tariff has been upgraded. I did not request an upgrade & it is proving impossible to find out what cost free items are still included
