Do you have insurance? O2 Insurance | Help & Support | O2
If you don't have insurance with O2 you may be covered by your homeowners policy.
If you have no insurance you can send it to O2 for repair, or look for a phone repair shop in your local area.

Havev you tried a different charger or charging cable?
Also try wireless charging if phone is such enabled.
