to receive the free samsung chromebook with the package i chose. My
phone has been delivered but there is no sign of the chromebook.Can you
please advise?
Everytime i call 02 it tells me i could be waiting more than 15 mins
then cuts me off i need to speak with someone urgent i dont mind waiting
on hold but to get cut off without the choice is shocking

Changing from o2 to virgin ive asked to have my phone unlocked, I was
told that my phone is already unlocked but when i put the virgin sim
card in its says phone not provisioned for voice
I ordered EarPods about 2 weeks ago and they’ve been “awaiting stock”

PI am unable to access mobile data or 4g services while on holiday in
Tenerife. I have data left and 4g is available. My phone has defaulted
