Hi,o2 network status checker says there are no issues.However, no 4g signal to sim in 4g router and also no 4g signal to phone sim.Can the network status checker be wrong?

Resolved! New phone and sim, no signal

New iphone has arrived with a new 5g SIM card. All installed and swapped over however sim has not activated yet. How long should this take? I’ve tried restarting and switching to airplane mode a few times with no luck.
