My Galaxy S9 supports voice calls over wifi (sometimes!) but not text. Which Galaxy phones support BOTH text and voice wifi calls?

Resolved! Problems with calls from Vodaphone calls.

My partner and others have been unable to call me from their Vodaphone phone's, they can text me OK but not call. How can this problem be solved. The O2 shop are not able to help!
