iPhone 15 pro max

I got offered the iPhone 15 pro max Monday or Tuesday last week and was told 3 to 5 working days , but when I look online it hasn’t even been processed or sent out . What is taking so long ?

I cant get 3g or 4g connections

No problems in France but now in Italy and having lots of problems accessing mobile data and also problems receiving or making normal text messages. I get error 0 when I try to send and not receiving OTPs from my bank or other accounts.
