no network bar or hotspot available on my new esim

I've just downloaded and scanned my new esim and i can't hotspot and there's no service bar, I've just changed my tariff with you from a physical sim card and to do this i scanned a QR code please help

I was thinking of joining O2, but hear they don’t have RCS messaging enabled for iPhone. I use messages for my Apple Watch (WhatsApp has no app) so need it. does anyone know if they plan to introduce it?

Can't make calls or receive them

I can't make calls nor receive them and when checking network says they are carrying out technical issues till Tuesday so I'm with out a phone and I'm on contract and had no idea this was going to happen I think it's terrible and I want a refund!! Wh...

Had the phone 2 weeks, woke up this morning and the screen keep flashing white, and then goes back to normal, the screen then didn’t work and now works again but keep flashing

Move a mobile number from an old device to a new one.

I cant enable my e sim on my new device, I've tried to do it via mobile services but this wont work and when I have followed the other options via my O2 the option suggested 'Replace your Sim doesn't exist' Any suggestions
