Call failure

My data works fine but when I am trying to make calls using my new O2 number, the call instantly fails. I don’t know what to do.

Data Speeds Being Throttled?

I have a 40GB data package with O2. On the My O2 app they have it broken down in to 3 groups. A 10GB data allowance, a 20GB 'bonus data' and then another 10GB 'bonus data'. Not sure why, but whatever. I have done some testing over the past few months...

I signed up for a 10gb sim card through virgin and O2 is telling me there is 5gb on it. I am not paying £10 a month when it's £5 for the 5Gb
