I am abroad and cannot access my voicemail. I know my PIN and have tried calling +44 7860 980980 but I get the message "Please try again later". Please help!

whilst trying to log into my account . The email and password work fine. Then I select my phone number to send a text to , which works and I get a code . after entering the code it says this number is associated with another account
