Hello, I have lost my o2 pay as you gosim card. I am on holiday in Asia so I have been using a local sim card. I am travelling back home to the UK tomorrow but I have misplaced my o2 sim card. Can you ease help me to get a new sim card? Thanks

Taken money from my bank without getting anything

got a £15 rolling plan yesterday and got a message this morning saying “we noticed your rolling plan didn’t renew” then it carries on to say renew your card details to restart your rolling plan but it’s already taken money from my bank account
