Hi all, I'm after a bit of help.
I've had three phones and contracts transferred from Virgin to o2 and I received a sim in the post for the iphone. The two androids moved across automatically but weeks later my phone has now lost the ability to use mobile data and make calls and texts - I'm stuck with emergency calls only. I can make calls over wifi and only realised the problem today when I tried to make a phone call when out and about.
Is there something I can do from my end? I do have a complaint pending from 12th July (no response yet...) and I'm wondering if this could be related.
