Ive just replied STOP to the number 78484, it cost, but hopefully will stop taking money.. its come back with

Hi,

I’ve had similar problems with this number, but I’ve not messages from them to type STOP - it’s just shown up on my bill for the last 4 months, I’ve tried blocking the number but there’s £18 a month taken!

 

Any helo O2 please?
