I have transferred my number to Lebara and need to end my contract with you.
I thought it would be automatically done, but it seems not.

If you transferred your number via a PAC and that has taken place, your O2 SIM will be dead and the account closed.
If that has not happened you need to contact O2 as this is a community of customers and we have no access to accounts

@WalterBurnett If you were using Direct Debit to pay your O2 account do not cancel it until you receive a zero statement, as there may be some residual payment left after your cancellation, and you don't want to get caught out.
