Hi I recently moved over from EE and carried my mobile number over with me, the problem is iMessage and FaceTime will not verify my mobile number I have done everything it says in Forums. Reset network -made sure my number was the same everything !!! Still getting an error…
tried calling o2 been on hold for 30 min ?
then disconnected.
Can anybody help ??

It sounds as though idata is not enabled on your account
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

How recent?
It can take up to 10 days for O2 to populate your number on all systems.
iMessage and Facetime will activate once it's all updated.
