Hi im having a problem with my phone. Keeps telling me to insert a sim. I had the sim replaced but its still doing it. The sim works fine in another phone. Can anyone help. I am on chat with o2 but they are never answering

@Shabee19 What phone do you have? How old is it? If the sim works in another phone it sounds like a problem with the phone itself.

If you contact your phone manufacturer online they can usually run diagnostics over the air to check the handset.
