Did anyone manage to claim the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro after buying the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and receiving the voucher code via SMS? I'm still getting the message "This code is invalid".

O2 recognise there is an issue with this promotion
You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

Thanks for your answer Cleoriff. I did call customer service several times hoping for an update to this issue. Last call ended with me being told to wait for another SMS with a new code. I was just hoping that there's some kind of development to that and people started to get the new codes.

Over a month later and o2 are still ignoring the situation! Passing people from pillar to post. I can't even get them so send me a code, they just offer money off my bill as a good will gesture. This is getting beyond a joke now!
