I have had this problem since January 3, 2024. I use my own phone TCL 40R 5G T771K. This is obviously an o2 systems fault and not the fault of any phone models. Repeated messages from different entities.

Try a new sim.
Pop into your local O2 store with photo ID.
Do not call O2 for one as they will cut you off before sending a new one.
