Firstly, this is a customer to customer forum, and posting your mobile number is opening you up to spam and being scammed which you are liable for if it happens.
So please edit your post to remove the number

It could be either a handset issue or a simcard issue, I would start by contacting customer services, and requesting a new sim card, or popping into your local o2 store with photo ID and they can sort it out for you.
If tis doesnt work, then try a factory reset of your phone, or speak to the device manufacturer, as it could be device fault
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or call from another phone 0344 809 0202
