I recently request a PAC code to port a number to Talkmobile. Talkmobile have successfully ported the number across to their sim card but the old O2 sim card is still active. I can receive calls from some networks on the Talkmobile sim and others on the O2 sim. Both companies are blaming each other but neither seems to be able to fix the problem. What can I do?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Sounds like a split port where it has not been completed, or there was an issue @Tim-in-Poole
As you are moving to TalkMobile it will be them that have to chase the resolution.
