O2 Cut Both Phones Off - eSim

Step 1: I tried transferring the eSmi via the settings... the easy way was never going to work. Call O2 my phone tells me.

Next step: call o2... They cut me off by ordering the eSim, the last thing I heard. "I will guide you through how to do it"... silence. This left me with 2 phones, both cut off.

Step 3: Use someone else's phone to speak with O2. "You need to login to My O2"... to access my account I have to verify it by receiving a code, via text. Phone has been cut off, not going to work as can't receive texts.

Such a stupid process. Apparently I now have to wait for something via email, I bet I have to login to My O2 to get this QR code.

Anyone had to deal with this?

Yep. It's the new secure process that some genius came up with.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Fantastic isn't it!

Did you get everything needed for the eSim on email? Or did you have to login to My O2?

I did it through MyO2 @oppp

You could try in store if you're desperate?

@oppp Only the community manager or possibly a moderator. They have no access to anyone's account information.

Nearly 12 months now since they removed the account advisors from here and left it to the customers

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
