Hi.
I just purchased a new contract on 02.
I was already on 02 but the deal I g0t was cheaper as a new customer.
I spoke with 3 different people over the phone and they said they could transfer my number easily. Anyway. Since then, the number I want to keep has been disconnected and I've received an email saying as requested its been immediately disconnected. Nothing about transferring and my new phone is still under the new number.
Unfortunately this is going to cause me some trouble as absolutely everything is under My old number and now I'm without it.
I waited 3 hours for online chat.
I'm at a loss what to do.
Any advice would be much appreciated right now.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 0344 809 0202 (Contract) from any phone

@Emily3391 The incompetence of O2 customer service screams out. What you needed to do was to migrate your number. Hopefully not enough time has passed by and your old number hasn't been reassigned to anyone else.
