Hi,
since porting my number on Friday I have been having issues with internet data. First the sim was faulty and my number was inactive. I had to go to 02 store to get a sun swap done. After that I was able to make and receive calls but data was not working at all. Today I went to a store and nobody could work out what the problem was as other sim data was working fine on my phone except the sun I am using from 02. So they activated esim, told me to give 24 hours and that is not working either.
I have lost 3 days of income as I use my phone data for work. I can’t keep giving 24 hours and losing all these days. What is the problem?
I am very ready to leave 02 and request my pac code and move to someone else but worried what if the problem is same again.

Sounds like something missing from your account.
You need to contact O2.

what is that something that maybe missing?

I'm only guessing but it doesn't appear that mobile data is enabled on your account.
I would think by now that your apn would have been checked or updated, but check it anyway.
