Note 20 Ultra Black Screen of Death + Unresponsive to Smart Switch + DeX

Not sure what is going on with my note 20 Ultra. It just decided to black screen of death on me. I've tried hard resetting/holding down the power on and lower volume button but vibrates and does nothing. I've had it vibrate twice after holding down but on the rare occasion. I've attempted to charge it then try resetting it but that doesnt seem to work either? I can't get it to detect on my pc whilst I've loaded up Smart Switch and DeX software. I know black screen of death is a thing on note 20s but no solutions seemed to have worked.

Samsung give a 2 year warranty on their phones so you should be contacting them.
