I am unable to long into my o2 app.
I am also having issues with upgrading my phone early because “there are changes” on my account - I have not made any changes…
I have been having issues with my o2 account for the last few years, and it’s to they point now that I am tempted to leave and find a new provider if things can’t be sorted

If using the app, try deleting, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
