No signal and NO WIFI CALLING

I'm fustrated again with O2 service.

Currently my area has network issues , how for no idea O2 network doesn't advise.

O2 advice use WIFI calling, can't be O2 doesn't allow use of my landline broadband connection.

I have a Pixel 5 set to use WIFI calling only, or mobile if available, have tried use Mobile calling only, or WIFI if available. Neither work.

Have search O2 site for a Chat service and cannot find it!

This absolutely rediculous situation.

o2 wont say how long it takes to fix the mast

Speak to your ISP as they will be the ones blocking o2's WiFi calling.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
