No available operators when abroad

Hi all

When ever I travel to an EU country I cannot get online as there are no available network operators in manual search  my roaming is switched on.

Is your Roaming Data also enabled on your handset, @Pigsboson?

Is your APN set to mobile.o2.co.uk?

Have you contacted O2 to check you do not have a roaming bar in place on the O2 side?

Have you stepped your phone down to 4G and searched for network operators?

Have you checked any restrictions where you are for O2: https://www.o2.co.uk/international/using-your-phone-abroad ?

If your phone cannot see any available networks where you are, there's your reason. There's no network to connect to.

Data roaming settings won't make any difference - all this means is "can I use mobile data whilst roaming". If there's no roaming network to connect to, then toggling menu settings will be futile!
