I've recently moved over from Three to an unlimited contract with o2. I was told that this unlimited contract allowed me to use data whilst roaming in both Europe and the US. I came across to Spain a week ago and was unable to get access to any data services. I eventually managed to get through to an online assistant who told me to switch my phone (and iPhone 13) off and then on again, which worked and I was able to get access to 5G service and data. However, yesterday my phone reverted to 3G and not being able to get data services. I have tried switching the phone off and on again, but with no success this time. I've tried getting access to an online advisor but there are none available. Any suggestions?

Set your phone to 4G and not 5G and then try again, as 5G access is dependent on the local Spanish Operator.
Also change your APN to mobile.o2.co.uk
