My Phone has been running down very quickly for 3 days and now I have a message at the top of my phone indicating that there is No Sim Card - No Service? My bill paying is up to date with the next one coming tomorrow? Is there a problem with the serivice?

Sounds like your phone is the issue, so I would contact the manufacturer for support
You can try and get a new sim card from your local o2 store, you will need to take photo ID , or call customer services on 0344 809 0202 from another phone
