Have just signed up for virgin TV and have received a new sim card.
Already an 02 customer,so now have 2 accounts. Need some help with this as I don't need 2 accounts

You'll need to migrate your number to the new account.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.

Cancel the new one under the 14 day change of mind policy.
You will still get Volt.
If you told Virgin you already had O2 then selling a new SIM was simply a way of getting a bigger bonus
