I was using my phone and my network randomly just cut out, i cant text, call of use data and I haven't moved for it to cut off, I've restarted my phone, reset network settings and checked the o2 network and nothing seems to give me an answer, what can I do?

Same issue here. Suddenly, as of 11 am today, there is no Data/SMS/RCS 4G/5G. Customer services were of no use, directed here. O2 being very quiet. Service status says all is fine, but this is clearly no the case.

We're not currently aware of any issues. 

I'd advise checking the current status of the network in any area here for more details.
