Been having some issues over the last two and a half weeks. When I receive a call more often than not the caller can't hear me, or hears me intermittently. The same goes for when I call out, often the call will just drop. I've reset network settings, removed and replaced SIM. Checked on-line for any issues, but all looks good. I have another handset so I've switched the SIM to that and still having the same problems. I use the phone a lot for work, so really starting to impact on that now. Any other advice for a resolution it had been fine for years!

Pop into your local O2 store for a free sim replacement.
