My 02 app help

Hi there I was wondering if any one could help me my old app was telling me my data mins and text and I got a credit added to my account and my 02 app went back to 0 on everything should it do that any help will be grateful

Every time I get a credit added to my account it just goes the 0 when I look at app but before credit is added it’s reading all my data mins and text @MI5
