Mobile data signal

Hi my mobile data signal when I am at home does not work at all.

I have tried the suggested signal advice and nothing has worked.

I am working from home for the next 4 days so really need to able to use my mobile data

As you appear to have broadband or domestic WiFi access, @WallacePaul - if you are an O2 Contract customer, and your phone supports it, have you enabled WiFi Calling?

Is this slow data a recent problem, or has this been the case on a long-term basis?

What suggested advice have you tried - can you be more specific?
