LTE is 4G and more specifically 4g calling when using VoLTE.  It is a different name for the same thing. The only difference may be the bands used by the o2 network. 

 

So you only need a 4g capable handset as a minimum requirement. Essentially any handset on the o2 shop page will support it.

 

Look at gsmarena if you need more technical details.

LTE is 4G, so everyone gets access to it...  and most phones in the last few years have all been 4G
