Completed the keep my mobile number form around a week ago now, still no luck of my mobile number from my previous provider (Vodafone) transferring to my new o2 sim. Other advice on the o2 websites tell me to contact you to give you my pac code, however how can I do this when I am redirected back to the same vague ‘contact us’ page with no explanation as to how to speak to someone. Please can you help me with this as my pac code expires on Dec 14th.
