In short, I have changed my network from O2 Mobile to Superdrug Mobile.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7, I paid off the phone from O2 last year. I have switched my number from O2 to Superdrug. However, when I switch on my phone I am prompted with the following message;
'SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK.'.
How do I get this number, I assume it is from O2 as it was their phone initially until I paid it off. I have contacted my new supplier (Superdrug Mobile) and they say that O2 will be the ones who have the PUK code to unlock my phone. I have tried to call and use Live Chat but had no help there.
Currently, I can access Wifi, however I cannot use mobile data or make/receive texts and calls.
Thanks in advance.
