Reported my sim as lost a few days ago and had a new one sent out which came Tuesday
put new sim in phone, everything works except mobile data. I’ve activated sim, reset network settings, enabled mobile data etc it won’t work
please advise

It sounds like there is still a bar on your data @HeatherWebster.
To get this sorted you'll need to contact someone who can access your account which can’t be done from here.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
