Does not tell me why I am not receiving notifications. I have set it up by selecting option 5 but still not receiving any notifications???

You probably need to contact O2 to reset your voicemail.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

OK So called them was on hold for a very long time while they tried to fix it, was then told to dial *43# turn phone off then on and was told it will work....but it doe's not... complete waste of time

Hi phone is set up correctly for notifications, have contacted Nokia support without any answer so far other than do a factory reset which I do not want to do as it took me hours to set up the phone for everything when I got the phone just over a year ago. So will live with it for the time being or think about replacing with a Samsung??
