Hi

I've just joined O2 and I'm stumped at how I turn on visual voicemail on my Fold 4?

Any help is appreciated please

Thanks

@king1 As far as I can tell, it's not available on Samsung devices: Visual Voicemail | O2

Really? I've asked o2 support on both twitter and live chat (by the way they are so slow to respond) and they told me the below

From the home screen, select the Phone app. Select the Keypad tab, then select the Visual Voicemail icon. Select Continue. Select Continue. Select OK. This should enable visual voicemail.

The problem is that there is no visual voicemail icon and o2 didn't say Samsung didn't work.

So strange they have provided that info if it isn't available on Samsung?

I have a Samsung capable of Visual Voicemail and it will not work on Vodafone or O2. Vodafone only support iPhones so I assumed it is the same for O2.

Those dialer menu options are not available on either network

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@king1 The link I posted in my previous mail is what comes up if you Google it. Samsung devices aren't listed, so I don't know why O2 support is telling you that.
