Solved: How do I do live chat ?

Need to live chat an o2 member of staff for SIM card issues. Damaged sim got replaced but they will only send me a 6 digit code through text.. I can’t receive texts or make calls..

Too guy my only concern is the guy on Skype doesn’t work for o2 and I have to pass security stuff my problem is
My sim stopped doing calls text and connecting to internet so I called on a phone I don’t have access to no to get a new sim sent
I can’t activate the sim because the only send via text I’ve asked 3 people to activate it and nothing happens they leave chat
If I could receive texts it’s a 2 min job
What would your advise be?
