I recently received an iPhone X from O2 with a new sim, the sim has been active for over 24hrs but I cannot make calls, it just cancels the call….can anyone tell me how to fix this please????

You need to contact O2. You can do this if you download Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype
Or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
