This is a community of o2 customers, so we can't help you by sending a link to your eSim.
If you have requested one it should be in your My o2, so try rebooting your phone and checking again.
If not, you will need to speak to customer services or visit your local o2 store (take photo ID).

Either order through O2 and installed via MyO2 App or call into an O2 store with photo ID and do it there.
Word of warning. Unless an eSIM is necessary stick to plastic. A search on this forum will show eSIMs and O2 will give you problems any time you want to swap
