Deleted initial password on move from Virgin but need it to set up new password

I didn't realise I would require the changeover password to enable my password to be personalised.

Currently I am in the O2 app but cannot change my password or log in again if I iog out.

Please will you send me a new temporary password or supply an alternative solution.
