I recently swapped across from a personal contract to a business one, no changes to phone (Pixel 7 Pro) or the SIM card itself, but now calls keep dropping out after c20 seconds, and the repeatedly thereafter.
I have tried turning off the phone, turning data on and off etc. but still having issues - is there anything else that can be done short of arguing to cancel the contract?

Maybe trying a new sim card @AdamCCL ?

I suppose that the problems arising around the time that you changed your account might be a coincidence ?
