I have been calling Lloyds early this afternoon and Medical center just now and the calls drop. It keeps happening no matter how many time I call! Can you please fix this as I cannot have the conversation I need

O2 probably doesn't have good coverage in your area (use https://status.o2.co.uk/) or check if the sim is faulty And replace it in a store (bring an ID with you).
