IS THERE ANY NUMBER I CAN DIAL and be guaranteed to speak to someone in the UK? I AM GETTING SICK AND TIRED of dialing either customer care or payment management and speaking to someone who either or both has NO grasp of the English language!!!!!!!!!

No there isn't for consumers as calls are routed to either Manila, South Africa, India or the UK, it is the luck of the drawer.
Business and Enterprise customers are the only ones who get through to UK call centres ** exceptions do apply.

@Spudders2r I doubt you will get a reply after 11 months.
But there is no way to guarantee a UK call centre and the more O2 and Virgin combine their operations the less likely it becomes

There has been a suggestion in the past that calling soon after 8.00am UK time maximises your chances of getting a UK call centre. I don't know whether that remains the case today.

Just ask to be transferred to a UK call centre, no drama needed.
