Hi all - I joined O2 a few months ago, and my phone has never connected to O2 wifi automatically. I'm on an iPhone 12 with the latest version of iOS. Is there something I need to do / reset in order for this to work? I've had a search through this forum and elsewhere, and couldn't find a troubleshooting guide or any other suggestions, so posting here to see if I've missed anything!
Many thanks in advance - David

Hardly ever works automatically either and you still might have to ;login.

Connection isn't automatic at first.
When in range of an O2 wifi hotspot you need to login. Future visits to the same hotspot will then be automatic.

Hi - and thank you for the reply. I'd picked up that there was a service specific to O2 customers, with details here:
https://www.o2wifi.co.uk/o2-wifi/o2-wifi-extra/
It's described as 'wifi extra' and is fully automated. I realise I can connect to O2 hotspots just as anyone not on O2 can.
Thanks again,
David

Thanks - appreciate the reply. It wasn't WiFi calling at home that I was looking for but thanks again for the info.
