Hi, I upgraded my apple watch from apple watch 3 to apple watch 5 and am struggling to sign it up to a data plan. When I try it keeps giving me error code 30 and tells me to ring o2 which is impossible at the moment. I think the reason I can't get a data plan to work is because I still have 1 connected to my o2 account from when I had the apple watch 3, I read online that I needed to transfer this data plan to my apple watch 5 but have no idea how to do this.

Hi finally got through to o2 customer services who were no use whatsoever they didn't know wht to do to help me other than to unpair the devices and start aain which I've several ties already.
