Hi I upgraded last week to an iPhone 14 plus, my watch has no data and is showing error code 14. I’ve tried ringing and online to O2 but no joy. Any ideas.

Check you have latest iOS on the phone (16.4 or so) and watch software version at 9.3 or so as well. Then you will need help from an O2 Advisor here, @O2Sarah- is on from 8am Thurs morning. Keep a watch for a message from her here tomorrow, asking for further info to hopefully get you up and running. Good luck, @CB78.
