Any fixes to this yet? Been speaking to o2 for over two weeks and they seem clueless. Keep getting told wrong information. Countless resets/unpairs and still nothing.
Could some tag the O2 people for me, I can’t seem to do it. Many thanks

We have been told to refer people back to O2
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Thanks guys. All sorted now. Went back into an o2 store on Saturday and by today (Monday) was able to setup mobile data after getting a text from o2. Got there in the end 🙏
